Development iMprOVEMENT is a long-term, in-depth training and development program designed for dancers who want to grow not only technically, but also mentally, creatively, and professionally.
Created and led by Jessica Ali, the program blends technical training, camera work, performance, process-based learning, and artistic identity.
This is not a one-off workshop - it's a journey.
Our Story
The very first edition of the program – then called simply Development – was launched four years ago. The first edition of the program was created at the request of HAZE Dance Studio, which invited Jessica to develop a tailored training process for dancers focusing on growth in high heels technique and teaching.
Today, many of the dancers who took part in our editions have gone on to lead their own classes, build dance schools, and create training programs across the country.
What began as a heels-focused project has since evolved into something much broader – a multidimensional development space for dancers ready to deepen their craft and step into long-term, sustainable artistry.
Meet the Creator's mission
Creator of Development iMprOVEMENT is Jessica Ali-Twarowska
Jessica Ali-Twarowska is a choreographer, educator, mentor and the founder of High Heels & Performance Intensive®. With over 27 years of dance experience and 17 years of running her own dance school - Funky Flava®, she brings rare depth and perspective to her work with dancers. She’s also the creator of EVOLVE – the first holistic high heels event in Europe.
Earlier in her career, Jessica worked actively in the commercial dance industry – performing for international stars, appearing on TV, and working with global brands. She knows the commercial world from the inside - its speed, its systems, and the validation-driven culture it often creates.
But over the years, Jessica has redefined success for herself. Her focus has shifted to less visible, deeper spaces of work - spaces where real transformation, artistic growth and emotional sustainability are possible.
She now supports young or emerging professional dancers not in chasing the spotlight, but in learning how to navigate the dance world with integrity, clarity, and longevity. Her mission is to help others build careers rooted in confidence, resilience and purpose - not burnout or unhealthy comparison.

18 live sessions (Saturdays, 11:00–14:30)

2 professional studio shoot days (December & May)

3200 PLN – for alumni from 2021/2022 or 2022/2023, or 2024/2025 editions

Non-refundable deposit: 500 PLN (within 4 business days from registration)

Installments via traditional transfer:
• by 10.11.2025 – 50% of total
• by 10.03.2026 – remaining 50% -
