About the Program
Development iMprOVEMENT is a 9-month dance and development program created for dancers with at least 3 years of experience who are ready to deepen their craft, refine their technique, and build a sustainable path in the dance world.
The program blends high-level training, camera work, creative direction, and personal development. It’s designed for dancers who want more than steps – dancers who want tools, direction, mentorship, and longevity in their careers.
Key Elements
16 live training sessions (3.5 hours each)
2 professional video shoot days (December & May)
Performance training, pick-up, musicality, camera presence
Technique, body awareness, mobility & stretching
Moodboarding, creative projects, and personal branding
Mental resilience, ethics, organization & burnout prevention
Professional insight: auditions, riders, collaboration, leadership

Program Language
The program will be conducted primarily in Polish, unless the group includes international participants – in which case a bilingual format will be used.
International guest teacher sessions will be held in English.

Non-refundable deposit: 500 PLN (due within 4 business days of registration) Installments (bank transfer only):
