RE-Treat Yourself is a three-day immersion in movement, mindfulness and regeneration, held in the serene surroundings of Pałac Pakosław.


This retreat brings together dance, pilates, stretching and conscious movement with deep rest and gentle care for the body.

During the retreat you will:
• slow down and reconnect with yourself,
• explore movement with lightness and awareness,
• work on technique without pressure,
• restore your energy and balance,
• create space for breath, creativity and presence.

The retreat is designed to support every participant - regardless of experience in feeling safe, grounded and free in movement.

Our program blends activity with restoration, creating a balanced journey for both the body and the nervous system.

• Dance Classes - conciouss movement, high heels, jazz-funk
Work with alignment, balance, stability and flow on your craft. Mindful movement and expression in a calm, supportive environment.

• Pilates 
Strengthening deep muscles, improving stability and mobility, and cultivating full body awareness. Slow, precise and nourishing practice.

• Slow Stretching & Mobility
focused on softening the body, expanding range of motion and releasing tension through breath.

• Sound Relaxation 
A soothing sound bath with gongs and singing bowls. A moment of deep rest and integration after a day of movement.

• Video Sessions
Professional recordings capturing your process and progress in a gentle, aesthetic form.

Each activity is designed to support grounding, openness and a deeper connection to your body and creativity.

Pałac Pakosław is a peaceful retreat space where nature, quiet and elegant interiors come together to create an atmosphere of deep rest.

Your stay includes:
• 2 nights in comfortable, comfortable rooms - double rooms
• spacious studios perfect for mindful practice,
• access to the palace park - ideal for morning walks or quiet time alone,
• sauna access included in your ticket - a beautiful addition to your daily recovery.

A limited number of single rooms is available upon request.

The food at Pałac Pakosław is one of the highlights of the retreat.
This is not standard hotel dining - the kitchen is led by talented chefs who care deeply about quality, freshness and the art of cooking.

The cuisine here is:
• light yet satisfying,

• based on seasonal, local ingredients,
• designed to support your energy and natural regeneration.

Every meal is prepared with thoughtfulness and attention to detail, making dining a nourishing and enjoyable experience - a moment to slow down, breathe and savour.

The retreat includes breakfast, lunch, dinner, and herbal teas, coffee and light snacks available throughout the day.
Special dietary needs (vegetarian, vegan, lactose-free, gluten-free) can be accommodated - please inform us during registration.

This is not a mainstream workshop.
It is a carefully held space where movement transforms, softens and deepens  and that requires quiet, connection and attention, which can only happen in a small group.
